Digital Product Policy
Digital products sold by AI Product Studio do not include physical shipping. After a successful payment, eligible digital products are delivered through a download link or another access method shown on the order confirmation page or sent by email.
Download access
Customers are responsible for saving their purchased files after download. If a download link expires, fails, or does not appear after purchase, contact us through the Contact page with the order number and product name so we can review the issue.
Usage limits
Digital templates are licensed for the use described on the product page and in the included license file. Unless a product page says otherwise, customers may not resell, publicly share, upload, or redistribute the original files.
Compatibility
Product pages list the included file formats, such as PDF, XLSX, DOCX, or ZIP. Customers should confirm they have compatible software before purchasing. We do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party editor, device, browser, or app version.
Technical issues
If a file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be accessed, contact us through the Contact page. We may provide troubleshooting steps, replace the file, or reissue access when appropriate.
Refund requests
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited once files have been downloaded or accessed. Refund requests are reviewed under the published Refund Policy, this Digital Product Policy, applicable law, and the specific circumstances of the order.
Consumer rights
Applicable laws may give customers additional rights that cannot be excluded by this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.
